Movies
I watched two movies. Firstly, I watched "Forrest Gump". My father recommended this movie to me. At first, I had never watched it. The hero's name is Forrest Gump. Tom Hanks plaied the part of Forrest Gump. My father likes him. This story is life of him. I like simple story. Forrest Gump taught me to life is wonderful. This story moved me deeply. Secondly, I watched "The Shawshank Redemption". This story is in the prison. It has encouraged me. At first, it was difficult to listen to English but could listen to Ebglish. I want to watch other movies.

Aiste and Christophe talks about winter in their countries. Llthuania is very cold in the wintertime. Usually we have snow from the beginning of April. Belgium in wintertime is really miserable. It's raining all the time, almost every day rain. It's so miserable that people just look at the pavement when they are walking outside all the time.

Jeff listens to all kinds of music. He wants to listen to something mellow. Shibika likes listening to Indian music in fact, all kinds of Indian music, and she likes listening to English music. Rebecca likes best is the bands that play live in the pubs. Swinky's tastes are so diverse.

I read three books. Firstly, I read "The Secret Tunnel". Five people found old box. John touched old painting. The next day, they back to Bayview Hall Museum but the painting was not there. Two men tied up them with ropes but the police officer came here to help them.
Secondly, I read "The Old Promise". Faye often came and helped Ryan with his nomework. She helped pick up the papers. Mr.Jenkins read this paper slowly. He called his family lawyer. Faye and John ran out of the house. They went into Mr.Walsh's house through the window. She found the note. The police officers caught them.
Thirdly, I read "Jennifer Lopez". She is not only beautiful. She is interesting too. She performs for the family. She goes to her dance school every day. 1997 is an important year for her. She is in four popular movies, and she marries Ojani Noa. Her success is good for Latin Americans.

My dreams
Firstly, I want to work in foreign countries as a volunteer. I want to help the poor children there. There are many things in Japan. So we think it is natural that get anything. I want to change own's sense of values. Second, I want to work at the hotel. I want to work at the front desk. I want to wait on foreign customers in English. So I study English in this university. I read many books about hotel to work at the hotel. Thirdly, I want to travel in Korea. I like Korean music and Korean food. I want to know about Korean culture and the Korean language. Fourthly, I wanto to make many foreign friends. I want to go to each countries and exchange e-mail. I teach them Japanese culture. Fifthly, I want to travel in Easter Island. I want to see the Statue of Moai. There is very beautiful place.

a) Challenge1: Cooking Western food, Japanese food and Chinese food.
b) It succeed because my mother taught me how to cook these.
c) It was very useful. It was difficult for me to cook but I like cooking because I learned how to cook. I cooked hash and rice for members of my part-time job. They said "It's delicious." and I became very happy. I thought want to learn how to cook different food. I read many cooking books. I tried to cook a hamburger and Chinese food. I want to learn more recipes to live by myself in the future.

b) It succeed because I works hard in my part-time job every day.
c) At first, I tried to talk to customer with a smile but I couldn't smile well. I learned how to wait on customers from woman of experience in my part-time job. She said "You should greet customers with a smile and talk them with confidence." Next day, I tried to greet them with a smile. Then, they also smiled. I thought they smiled by our smile. It was very useful.

I like Higashino Keigo. I want to read different story.

The Lost City of Machu Picchu
There is a place called Machu Picchu in Peru, South America. It's sometimes called the 'Lost City of the Incas,' and nearly 8,000 feet up in the Andes Mountains of Peru. Julio explains to tourists that Machu Picchu is known all over the world and it's one of the magnetic centers of the ancient world. He is a tour guide. Machu Picchu is more than 500 years old. Many visiters who are from all over the world come to there. They climb up the mountain in the sunshine or fog. When the Inca civilization ended, Machu Picchu was lost to the outside world for a long time. In 1911, an explorer found it again. His name is Hiram Bingham. Machu Picchu was forgotten by people but many people comes here every day. Machu Picchu became a very special place. Tourism is certainly changing the area.
